Tyranny of the dominant decomposition
A term for the problems that arise when a structure based on a single perspective is imposed, in contexts such as information classification or separation of concerns. AOP proposes multidimensional separation of concerns as an alternative.
When modules are organized around a primary concern (usually related to the business domain), other concerns such as logging and security become scattered throughout the system (the tyranny of the dominant decomposition).
