Mutually Assured Loss of Control

A term concerning the military use of AI (similar to Mutually Assured Destruction).

When the OODA loop is automated in Human-on-the-loop mode, the moment AI cycles through the loop faster than humans can understand it, humans effectively lose control of the war. In other words, if both sides keep automating to respond faster than the other, humans on both sides will inevitably lose control. (See: Army of None)
