When the [OODA loop](https://wiki.g15e.com/en/pages/OODA%20loop.txt) is automated in <Human-on-the-loop> mode, the moment AI cycles through the loop faster than humans can understand it, humans effectively lose control of the war. In other words, if both sides keep automating to respond faster than the other, humans on both sides will inevitably lose control.
