I watched <Avatar: The Way of Water>.

- Like the first film, it depicts the Na'vi through the myth of the [noble savage](https://wiki.g15e.com/pages/Noble%20savage.txt).
- Highly intelligent marine creatures receive special regard, while less intelligent ones are speared and killed for fun. A [speciesist](https://wiki.g15e.com/en/pages/Speciesism.txt) standard.
- The "communion" between the Na'vi and other species is actually closer to exploitation, enslavement, and objectification.
- The film itself is like a dolphin show. I don't see the point of the controversy over whether the director enjoyed a dolphin show.
